Description
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires experience with EPIC and offers day shifts of either 36 or 48 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to adhere to holiday RTO policies.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Experience in an acute care facility: Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification: Required
