Description
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for orthopedic patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, reporting any changes to the healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families about orthopedic procedures, recovery methods, and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic nursing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Schedule
This position offers a night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
Location
This role is located in the city of your preference within the region.
