Role Specific Responsibilities

Evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Explain respiratory disease processes and intervention procedures to patients and their families, ensuring understanding.
Accept reassignment to other units as needed.
Share clinical knowledge with colleagues and students, acting as a role model for best practices.
Plan, implement, and assess the effectiveness of respiratory care.
Provide respiratory care as directed by physicians while maintaining communication with medical and nursing staff.

Education
