Description
Position Overview
A dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse is needed for a travel nursing position, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an intensive care unit setting.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Location: Eastern NM
- Floating and Call: Required
Responsibilities
The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitoring vital signs and the condition of patients, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Providing an accurate and thorough nursing assessment.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and ensuring patient safety.
- Floating to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units as required.
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
