Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position focuses on providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, specifically in the areas of Oncology, Hematology, and Surgical procedures.
Shift Details
- Shift Type: Days
- Unit: Telemetry
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
- Every Other Weekend: Required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS Certification, NIHSS.
- Experience with cardiac drips is required.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system is necessary.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care within a busy, large Level 1 Trauma center.
- Floating between units as required to meet patient care demands.
- Utilizing clinical research rooms and managing patients with various medical conditions.
Additional Information
Daily parking is available for a fee, and there are multiple options for monthly parking passes in the area.
Candidates should be flexible with their scheduling as there is no self-scheduling available.
Successful candidates will typically have over 3 years of experience, prior travel experience, and a background in high-volume hospital settings.
