Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a day shift basis. The position requires the ability to work 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility to float to multiple locations within the region may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.S.) or equivalent: Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred
• One year of acute care experience: Required
• Current RN license in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): Required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Recent experience with EPIC systems: Required

Certifications

• BLS certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification: Required

Work Environment

This position is primarily in an acute care setting with a focus on direct patient care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.

Location

This position may require floating to multiple locations as necessary in the region, specifically including options in the Twin Cities area.
