Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Medical-Surgical care for a travel assignment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team in meeting the needs of patients within the medical-surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Comply with all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with guaranteed hours for the assignment.
