Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position located in Dallas, TX. This role will involve providing essential patient care in a medical-surgical unit.

Shift Details

  • Shift: 7 AM to 7 PM

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license to practice in the state.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • BLS certification required.
