Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. This position involves working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of quality nursing services.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans based on diagnosis and care protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately in accordance with policies.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care plans.
• Participate in the hospital's quality improvement initiatives and promote a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room or critical care setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
