Description
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our emergency department. This role will be a backfill position, focusing on providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
The position requires availability for night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Location
This opportunity is available in the city of Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing patient care in a high-stress environment.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Documenting patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
- Responding to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department setting.
- Valid nursing license in the state of Texas.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
