Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This position is vital for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Location

The position is based in Century Farms, located in the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients effectively to determine healthcare needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state nursing license (RN).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or similar acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability to work night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
