Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing various interventional procedures. The role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with advanced technology while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with interventional procedures such as para/thoracentesis, LVO, FNA, midline, PICC line placements, kyphoplasty, and pulmonary embolism thrombectomy.
• Perform vascular access and administer conscious sedation as necessary.
• Provide critical care for patients in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with imaging departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum 1-year current experience as an IR RN in a hospital setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech, strong vascular access skills, and familiarity with PICC lines or midlines.
