Job Description
Join our team in the Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular Unit, where you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent patient care. This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Work variable day shifts, either 8 or 10 hours, totaling 40 hours weekly.
- Participate in call rotations 1-2 days per week and approximately every 2-3 weekends, including holidays.
- Document patient information using Meditech EMR.
- Utilize Sensis for monitoring and Siemens equipment for procedures.
- Assist in performing IR, vascular, and cardiac procedures.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, and interventional radiology procedures.
- Show proficiency in angiography procedures, cardiac cath procedures, pacemaker insertions, and IABP insertions.
- Apply specialized skills for hemodynamic monitoring of patients.
- Maintain knowledge of radiology equipment and image processing.
