Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Surgery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant nursing experience and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule
This position operates on a day shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of three years of experience in cardiovascular surgery or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals in the operating room.
- Administer medications and manage patient pain effectively.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery processes.
