Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role includes supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients or assigned groups of patients following established standards and practices.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of care given.
• Respond to patient care concerns and adjust nursing practices as necessary.

Requirements

• Night Shift - 36 or 48 hours per week.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Willingness to work on holidays, with the option to approve one holiday off.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification is required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification is required.
