Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The position involves a 7 on 7 off work schedule, with shifts from Thursday to Wednesday, primarily focusing on medical-surgical and emergency room care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 14-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and a 4-bed Emergency Room.
• Manage 2-3 swing beds as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

Orientation will take place during the day shift before transitioning to night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in medical-surgical and emergency room settings.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• TNCC certification is preferred.

Transportation and Housing

Transportation is essential, as there are no rideshare services available in the area. Candidates should have their own vehicle or be prepared to rent one.

Housing can be arranged through the facility, subject to availability. Please note that housing is provided only during assigned shifts; if arriving a day early, a hotel stay will be necessary.
