Pathologists Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pathologists Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex histology processing and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

Perform complex histology processing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with pathologists to facilitate accurate diagnostic outcomes.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of tissue samples.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the laboratory.

Qualifications

Master of Science from an NAACLS accredited Pathologists' Assistant training program or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in histology processing is required.
A minimum of 3 years of broad experience as a Pathologists Assistant is preferred for those who are job-trained.

Schedule

This position requires availability from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
