Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients through physical therapy practices.

Schedule

Day Shift - Flexibility available
Start time: 8:00 AM
8-hour days, Monday through Friday

Education and Work Experience

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required (license obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent)
Two years of Physical Therapy experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required

Facility Specific Licenses/Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy: Required
