Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency care setting, ensuring the well-being of patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Location

Our healthcare operations are situated in City, State. This role may require flexibility to work at multiple locations within the region.

Shift Details

The position involves working on a day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency care environment.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in an emergency care setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
