Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in acute care and possess the essential certifications to provide high-quality patient care. This position is for night shifts, either 36 or 48 hours per week, and requires specific experience with EPIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting.
• Utilize EPIC systems for patient management and documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Preferred experience in an acute care facility.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or equivalent certification is required.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is required.
