Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pre-Operative position. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients before surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the pre-operative process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on pre-operative preparations and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
The facility features a bed capacity of 383 and operates as a Level II Trauma Center, providing comprehensive medical care to the community.
