Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pre-Operative Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the pre-operative setting.

Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare patients for surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapy as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on pre-operative procedures and care.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and reactions to medications.
- Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure a smooth transition to the operating room.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a Pre-Operative or similar nursing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Work Schedule
This position typically operates from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
