Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient surgery team. This role is critical in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Unit: Outpatient Services, Including Pre-Op, Phase 2, Preadmission Testing, and Infusion Center
- Bed Capacity: 383
- Staffing: 27 staff members per day with various shift lengths (8, 10, 12 hours)
- Patient Ratios:
- Pre-Op: 1:1
- Phase 2: 3-5:1
- Infusion: 5:1
- Schedule: Open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a variable call schedule
Qualifications
- Must Have:
- Experience in pre-op, phase 2, infusion, or preadmission testing
- Preferred:
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Endoscopy experience
