Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an observation unit position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe environment for patients. This backfill position is scheduled for night shifts.

Position Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Location: City, State
• Unit: Observation Unit (623)

Role Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
