Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.

Shift Details
- Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a stepdown or critical care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
