Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Eugene, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active OR Amedisys (AMDI) license
2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
This position begins on 12/15/2025 and ends on 03/15/2026
