Amazing Anchorage, Alaska opportunity to join a reputable clinic serving a pediatric population. Full time positions available with flexible hours. Job Duties: *You'll collaborate with coworkers; clinic is home to OT and Speech *~20 clients on your caseload, all 1:1 sessions; ample time for paperwork and planning *You'll work with parent/guardian to provide education and support *You'll provide diagnostic and assessment services *You'll work on development of plan of care and treatment goals *Possibility of supervisory role and SLPA management *Consistent documentation and strong organization skills preferred Qualifications: *Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, CFs welcome! *AK license or eligible *Previous experience with the pediatric population Compensation and Benefits: *Salary stiped and pay per session model, income range from $90-135K+ *Paid training *PTO and paid holidays *Annual professional development travel allowance and therapy supply fund *Health insurance including HSA *Dental and Vision coverage *401(k) match ***On site free childcare, birth to age 5!!! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
