- Employment Type: Traveler
Short term leave opening west of St. Charles in the vicinity of Maple Park, IL from September 2026-January 2027. Key Details: *Start date is 9/8/26, end date is 1/8/27. These dates are tentative and could extend into spring if desired *Position is full-time *FMLA Coverage for an elementary school and high school so lots of variety Qualifications: *Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy *Current IL License to practice or eligible *Previous experience working with a school-based population highly preferred Our awesome Ardor benefits include: Weekly pay, every Friday! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor Health adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
