School year opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist with their CCC who is interested in working with elementary or middle school students. Key Details: -You'll have 40-55 kids on your caseload depending on level of need and age group -This is an in-person position only -Previous experience working with pediatrics or in school based settings highly preferred, fieldwork counts -This district is know for treating their contractors as their own, you'll be welcomed with open arms and embraced as a member of the team -Pay rate on local contract ranges from $62-66 per hour, based on experience -Travel stipends available Qualifications: -Master's degree from an accredited university in Speech and Language Disorders -CCC-Complete of your CF year and your ASHA C's -MI license to work in the schools -There's a video screening interview prior to meeting with school faculty Meet Ardor Health Solutions & A.S.K. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.
COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor Health adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
