Description

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Location: East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania
Facility: Rehab Services at Independence Road
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 18 weeks

Job Requirements

PA or compact PT license required
3 years outpatient PT experience preferred (1st time travelers accepted with appropriate experience)
BLS and CPR certification required
Experience in outpatient orthopedics required
Preferred skills: Neuro, hand therapy
Charting system: EPIC

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Manager is flexible but ideally looking for coverage of 3 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week
Night shifts end by 7 PM
No weekend or holiday requirements
No on-call duties

Workload & Environment

Average weekly census: approximately 50 patient visits
Floating may be required to Tobyhanna Rehab

Dress Code

Pewter colored polo top
Black or navy khakis
