Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation)

Location: Soldotna, Alaska
Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Description

• Manage individualized, goal-directed Occupational Therapy care using Occupational Therapy processes and principles.
• Work in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and the Scope of Practice Act for Alaska.
• Primarily outpatient setting with some inpatient care.
• Utilize standard adult and pediatric equipment.
• 8 to 10-hour shifts with possible weekend coverage.
• Business casual dress code.
• Department-specific orientation and training provided.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent outpatient Occupational Therapy experience (higher value from description and additional info).
• Current, active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Alaska.
• Current BLS certification (must be AHA).
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Additional Notes
