Physical Therapy - Outpatient Travel Contract

Location: Sacramento, California

Job Details

Specialty: Physical Therapy - Outpatient
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Licenses/Certifications:
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification
Patient Load: Approximately 9-11 patients per day (average 10)
Common Diagnoses/Patient Types: Orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, neurological, balance difficulties
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff:
- Rehab Aides: No
- OTAs: No
- PTAs: Yes (2 PTAs in the clinic)
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch break required
Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
- No weekend work required
- Clinic closed on major holidays (half day Christmas Eve, full days Christmas, day after Christmas, half day New Year’s Eve, full day New Year’s Day)
Orientation: 1-2 days floor-specific orientation provided
Uniform: Professional attire, no specific color required

Additional Requirements

Candidates must provide 2 supervisory references at time of submission (1 within the last 12 months, 1 within the last 3 years)
Candidates may not have been employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year; PRN employment through outside firms is acceptable
