Job Description

• Must be CT certified with California licensure.
• Ability to work both X-ray and CT modalities.
• Able to start IVs.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating well with other departments.

Required Credentials and Compliance for Onboarding

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid California professional license (Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• CT certification.
• Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years).
• Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.

Health & Immunizations

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination.
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted).
• Influenza Vaccine or declination required during flu season (declinations not accepted).
• TB Test.
• Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity.
• Tdap vaccine as an adult (declinations not accepted).
• Annual Respirator Fit Test (must be completed prior to start if not available onsite).
• Physical/Health Statement: Must be completed annually and state clear to work.

Background & Compliance Checks

• National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
• Prime OIG exclusion check.
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check.
• Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials are uploaded).
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification).

Testing & Competency

• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Specialty Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Skills Checklist (does not expire on assignment).
• Prime Color-blind test (annual completion required).
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel test including THC saliva test (within 60 days of start).

Additional Requirements

• Prime Education Verification.
• Prime Job Description signed by employee.
• Workplace Violence Prevention Training (DCI/BVP).

Notes

• All credentials must be current and uploaded prior to onboarding.
• Declinations for certain vaccines (Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap) are not accepted at this facility.
• Fit testing must be completed prior to start if not available onsite.
• Drug screening for California locations requires both urine and saliva components due to state law.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists who meet California licensure requirements and are prepared to comply with comprehensive onboarding and health screening protocols.
