CT Scan Technologist Position - Vineland, New Jersey

Job Overview

• Specialty: CT Scan Technologist
• Location: Vineland, New Jersey
• Shift:

  • Every Thursday and Friday, 12:30 PM - 1:00 AM
  • Sundays, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
• Schedule: Includes weekends as listed above
• Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday
• Return to Office (RTO): No more than 3 days

Job Description

• Produce computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician.
• Emergency Room experience preferred.
• Scrubs color: Black.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology with training in Computerized Assisted Tomography.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiologic Technology.
• Previous CT experience preferred.

Certifications & Licensure

• New Jersey DEP license (required).
• ARRT certification (required).
• CT certification (required or must be attained within 6 months of hire).
• CPR certified.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• IV certification required within 90 days of hire.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Orientation & Onboarding

• Full orientation completion is mandatory; failure to complete results in immediate termination.
• Orientation includes a virtual welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules to be completed by the first Monday.
• In-person classes typically held Tuesday through Thursday at various locations; candidates must check HealthStream for class locations.

Additional Requirements

• Background checks, drug screening, immunizations (including COVID-19, Hep B, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, TdaP), and various verifications (employment, educational, license, sanctions, etc.) are required prior to or during employment.

This position is suitable for experienced CT Technologists seeking a short-term contract with a defined schedule including weekend and holiday shifts.
