Emergency Room Nurse - Travel Position

Location: Vineland, New Jersey
Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Overview

• Float ER position with possible assignments to Bridgeton Campus ER and Elmer ER.
• High volume, fast-paced environment preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years recent Emergency Department experience.
• BSN degree required.
• Travel nursing experience required (at least one completed contract assignment).
• Valid NJ Nursing License or Compact License.
• Certifications required and must be current (no pending or expiring within 30 days):

  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS

Schedule

• Weekend shifts: Every other weekend or 3 per month depending on needs.
• No holiday shifts required.
• Return to Office (RTO) requests limited to no more than 3 days.
• No block scheduling or special shift requests allowed.

Orientation & Onboarding

• Orientation is mandatory and must be completed fully; failure to do so results in immediate termination.
• Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules to be completed by Monday of start week.
• In-person classes typically scheduled Tuesday through Thursday at various locations.
• Unit-based orientation schedule provided by manager.
• Badge ID appointment required during orientation; photo submissions not accepted. Badge needed for clock-ins.
