Job Overview

Join a fast-paced, high-acuity Cardiac Cath Lab performing advanced cardiac procedures daily, including complex coronary cases, EP studies, and structural heart interventions. Work alongside a seasoned, collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence and patient safety.

Schedule

• Shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (07:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Call required every 3rd weekend
• Saturday elective cases handled by call team
• Rotate between 3 labs, supporting 10–12 coronary cases and 5–8 EP cases daily, plus device procedures
• Coverage in OR or a 4th lab as needed

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience with Structural Heart procedures
• TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) experience required
• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience
• Confident in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring procedures from day one
• Ability to manage cases independently and work well under pressure
• Comfortable working with cardiologists who expect clinical excellence

Certifications Required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) Registered or CCI RCIS (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• Flexible to consider RCIS or ARRT with Cath Lab scrubbing and monitoring experience

Training & Development

• EPIC electronic documentation training provided for candidates with experience in other systems
• Advanced training opportunities available including TAVRs, PFO/ASD closures, Watchman devices, and EP procedures

Important Requirements Before Start

• Background checks including national criminal, state, county, SSN trace, sex offender, and federal exclusions
• Education verification with official transcripts or diplomas
• Primary source verification of certifications and licenses within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within last 12 months
• Fit mask testing completed onsite
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year, with additional requirements if positive
• Immunizations/vaccinations or declinations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine required during flu season or approved medical/religious exemption with mask mandate
• Completion of facility-specific documents including confidentiality agreement, code of conduct, and orientation quiz
• Professional references and work history verification
