Travel RN Opportunity – Critical Care (CCU)

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Position Details

  • Specialty: Critical Care RN
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Shift: Every other weekend, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday nights)
  • Call/Holiday Coverage: No call; holidays as needed
  • Required Certifications: ACLS
  • Experience Required: 2+ years
  • Float Requirements: May float to step-down or other critical care units

  • Unit: Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)
  • Number of Beds: 16
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Patient Type: ICU, Cardiac
  • Equipment: Ventilator
  • EMR System: Epic

Skills & Experience

  • Must Have: Experience with ventilators and titratable drips
  • Preferred: ICU experience
  • Personality Fit: Team-oriented

Dress Code

  • Scrub Color: Navy
  • Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies, sweatshirts

Reporting

  • Location: 3rd floor Heart Center, CCU
  • Equipment Provided: Drawer key for medication/sharps storage in patient rooms
