Required Certifications

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA
• Wisconsin State License

Experience Requirements

• Must have C-arm experience and be able to function in the OR
• Must have worked in a hospital setting (not just clinic)
• First-time travelers are welcome (prior travel experience NOT required)

Department & Work Environment

• Department includes 14 scanners/rooms (hospital and clinic)
• Coverage includes inpatient and clinic areas
• Imaging types: All types including Level 2 trauma, referral center cases, portables, and OR cases
• EMR/PACS systems used: Cerner and Siemens PACS
• Equipment: FUJI rooms and portables
• No Radiology Assistants (RRA) on staff
• No in-house radiologist 24/7; night reading service available
• No IV starts required

Shift Details

• Night shifts only: 7 days on, 7 days off
• Shift times: 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM or 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Hours: 10 hours per day
• Weekly hours: 40 hours (Wednesday-Saturday), 30 hours (Sunday-Tuesday)
• Weekend and holiday work required as part of the 7-on rotation
• No call or standby required
• Scrubs: OR scrubs allowed on nights, with possibility of being called into OR cases

Orientation

• Department-specific orientation of 1-2 shifts depending on shift

Additional Notes

• Clinicians who have previously worked at this facility must have a minimum 6-month gap before reapplying
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

This position is suitable for radiology techs with hospital experience and C-arm skills who are comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. Prior travel experience is not required.
