Job Opportunity: Home Health Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri

Job Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Call: Required 1 Sunday every 5 weeks
• Weekend Schedule: Every 5th week, take 2 days off during the week and work Saturday and Sunday to perform patient admits
• Counties Served: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, Dekalb, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Platte, Worth
• Travel: Covers 13 counties; travel to furthest areas rotates weekly. On high mileage/travel days, fewer patients are scheduled.
• Dress Code: No printed scrubs; black, grey, or khaki pants with polo or scrub top

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required, must have Home Health experience
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
  • State Physical Therapy License (Missouri)
