Job Opportunity: RN ICU - Waterloo, Iowa

Position Details

Required Experience

  • Influenza Vaccine (Proof or declination for 2024-2025 season)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional requirements
  • Varicella (Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer)
  • Physical/Health Statement (Exam within last year confirming fitness to work)
  • Tdap Vaccine (Current and non-expired; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
