Position Details
- Specialty: RN CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse)
- Location: Reno, Nevada
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Required Credentials & Certifications
Licenses:
- Valid professional nursing license verified through Nursys
- Primary source verification of license/certification within 30 days of start
- Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association or Red Cross
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – American Heart Association or Red Cross

- Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
Other Professional Requirements:
- Prime Education Verification
- Prime OIG (Office of Inspector General) check

Health & Immunization Requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
- MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer
- Hepatitis B: Required (declinations not accepted)
- Influenza Vaccine: Required or declination (for flu season Nov 1 - Mar 31)
- TB Test: Within 1 year of start date
- Varicella: Proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer
- Tdap: Required (declinations not accepted)
- Physical/Health Statement: Must be completed within 60 days of start and state clearance to work
- Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray: If applicable, negative chest x-ray within 3 months of positive test required
- Annual Respirator Fit Test: Optional, but if required must be completed prior to start
Drug Screening
- Minimum 10-panel drug screen including THC within 60 days of start
- For California locations only: 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC plus psychoactive THC saliva test
