CT Technologist - Wisconsin (Appleton)

Job Details

• Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Call: None
• Weekends: None
• Holidays: Rotating with current associates
• Equipment Experience: Toshiba and Siemens CT scanners
• Systems: EPIC
• Additional Duties: May need to float to nearby facilities within skill set
• Certification Required: ARRT (R)

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: CT Technologist
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 2 years typical for independent CT experience
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required

Required Credentials & Certifications

• ARRT Certification (optional but preferred)
• BLS (AHA certified)
• Current State License with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment
• Driver’s License/State ID (valid, matching address requirements)

Health & Compliance Requirements

• MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
• Varicella: Proof of immunity or two vaccines (no declinations accepted)
• Tdap: Valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement
• Fit Test: Required annually; preferred before start
• TB Testing: 2-step PPD or IGRA within required timeframes; if positive, chest X-ray and annual questionnaire required
• Health Statement: Statement of good health or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• 12 Panel Drug Screen: Within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter

Onboarding & Documentation

• Signed assignment agreement required before onboarding
• Resume/Profile submission required
• Two professional references required prior to first assignment
• Criminal background check including SSN trace, employment verification, OIG search, and national sex offender registry (updated annually)
• Employment verification for past 7 years (updated annually)
• Education verification relevant to clinical work (within 90 days of start)
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA topics) with minimum 80% score, updated yearly
• Ascension Skills Checklist for specialty, updated annually
• Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation (6 hours pre-hire training)

Notes

• No weekend or holiday call required, but holiday shifts rotate with associates
• Floating to other nearby facilities may be required based on skill set
• Must be able to work independently on Toshiba and Siemens CT scanners
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred
