Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin

Job Details

• Rotating shifts over a 2-week pay period:

  • Week 1: Monday-Wednesday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:00 AM
  • Week 2: Monday-Wednesday and Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Call: None
• Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend working Friday and Saturday night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Holidays: Rotating with regular staff
• May assist with X-ray duties when slow and float onsite or to nearby sites (within 40 miles) as needed
• Experience with EPIC system required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of CT Technologist experience
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required

Required Credentials & Certifications

• Current professional license with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• MMR: Documented proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
• Fit Test: Required for all travelers, preferred before start, can be completed onsite
• Hepatitis B: Documentation of vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement
• Positive PPD: Negative chest X-ray within 1 year and annual TB questionnaire (if applicable)
• Health Statement: Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA: Recent testing required with annual updates
• Varicella: Proof of immunity or vaccination (no declinations accepted)
• Tdap: Valid within 10 years, no declinations accepted

Onboarding & Compliance Requirements

• Signed Assignment Agreement required before onboarding
• Resume/Profile submission required
• Two professional references required prior to first assignment
• Driver’s License/State ID (valid, matching address requirements)
• Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and EPLS (updated annually or after break in service)
• Ascension Core Competencies: HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics; minimum 80% score, completed within a year and updated yearly
• Ascension Skills Checklist: Clinical skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually
• 12 Panel Drug Screen: Within 30 days prior to start and updated annually; retesting required after break in service > 90 days
• Education Verification: Relevant education verified within 90 days of start; must be rerun after break in service > 90 days
• Confirmation of Assignment and Employment Verification: Required and updated as needed

• May be required to float within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles
• No call responsibilities
• Rotating holiday schedule with regular staff
