Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Room

Location: Dover, New Jersey
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• PALS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• NRP (American Heart Association or Red Cross; NALS also accepted for NICU, L&D, Postpartum RNs)
• NIHSS
• Nursys license verification
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification (updated within 30 days of start)

Required Exams & Testing

• Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (minimum 80%)
• Prime Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
• Prime Color-blind Test (annual)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 doses plus booster or completed declination
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity
• Hepatitis B vaccination (declinations not accepted at some facilities)
• Influenza Vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
• TB Test within 1 year of start date
• Varicella: Vaccination or titer showing immunity
• Tdap (declinations not accepted at some facilities)
• Positive PPD with Negative Chest X-Ray (optional)
• Annual Physical/Health Statement confirming clearance to work

Professional & Background Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport
• National Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start (with some state-specific timing exceptions)
• Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check
• Prime Agency Attestation (completed after all credentials uploaded)
• Prime Badge Photo (clear headshot, JPEG format)
• Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
• Prime Orientation Packet (includes Essentials Form and Post Test)
• Signed Prime Job Description
• Prime Education Verification (Diploma or Transcripts accepted if third-party verification unavailable)
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test including THC, within 60 days of start)

• Two References required (one must be from a manager or direct supervisor)

Additional Notes

• Annual Respirator Fit Test required prior to start (must be uploaded before onboarding)
• Fingerprinting may be required for certain departments (optional for this role)
