Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility Overview

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 59 beds
• Specializes in treatment and recovery for patients with stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Joint Commission Certified with specialty Stroke and Brain Injury Certification
• CARF Certified, maintaining high quality and outcomes standards

Position Details

• Role: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Shift: Day shift
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: None
• Patient Ratio: Approximately 6 patients per therapist
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: EPIC/UDS
• Dress Code: Any color scrub bottoms with a blue or slate gray dri-fit or polo top; black or gray zip-up jacket optional

Requirements

• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Physical Therapy)
• Prior inpatient experience required (experience in IRF, SNF, or Acute settings)
• No new graduates
• Required Certifications: None specified
• Float Requirements: None
• Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required

Patient Population

• Adults recovering from severe injury or illness requiring intensive rehabilitation
