Unit Beds: 4 Labor rooms, 4 Postpartum rooms
Patient Ratios:
- Labor/Delivery/Postpartum: 2-1:1 LDRP
- Postpartum: 3 couplets:1

Required Qualifications

Licensure: Registered Nurse license valid in New Mexico
Certifications:
- ACLS
- AWHONN
- BLS
- HWC
- NRP
Years of Experience in Specialty: Minimum 2 years
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Additional Requirements & Notes

Must have previous Labor & Delivery/Postpartum experience
Must be patient experience focused, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Certification and licensure required to work as a Labor & Delivery nurse in New Mexico
All clinical staff must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that the check is being processed; a 14-day waiver with supervision is allowed while waiting on results
No casual wear allowed; scrub color is not specified
