Job Opportunity: Rad Tech - Radiology

Location: Lafayette, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel

Position Information

Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology
Role: XR Imaging Technologist
Number of Openings: 1
Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, every other Monday, 7 PM – 7 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Rotation every 4th weekend
Call Requirements: Yes
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2 years in XR specialty (highest required)
Certifications:
- ARRT License (valid)
- ISDH Tech License
Skills:
- Proficient in Fluoroscopy and Surgery Procedures
- Experience with Philips, Carestream, OEC C-Arm equipment preferred

Number of Beds: 225
Patient Ratios:
- Days: 6 techs
- Evenings: 2 techs
- Nights: 1 tech
- Weekend day/eve: 2 techs
- Weekend night: 1 tech
Equipment: Philips & Carestream XR Rooms, Carestream portable XR
EMR System: EPIC
Patient Types: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department, Surgery

Proficient technologist motivated to work in a team atmosphere
Able to complete requested imaging exams in a timely fashion
Willing to fill in various shifts if staffing issues arise
