Job Opportunity: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist

Job Summary

• Provide technical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures; act as scrub assistant while maintaining sterile conditions.
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor/document procedure images and events from the control room.
• Provide patient care under RN supervision.
• Educate patients and families about the procedure, expectations, and pre/post-procedure physical conditions.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate stock levels for complex interventions and diagnostic procedures.
• Complete daily, progress, and discharge documentation accurately according to departmental standards.
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives; identify areas for improvement and potential safety hazards.
• Promote organizational mission, vision, and values; adhere to service behavior standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Specialty: Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist
• Years of Experience: 2 years preferred in Cardiology/Cath Lab
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified / not required

Contract Length

• Approximately 14 weeks (96 days ÷ 7 ≈ 14 weeks)
