Job Opportunity: RN Interventional Radiology (Travel)

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Details

• Full-Time IR Lab RN position
• Required Experience: 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 4 days per week
• On-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays with a 30-minute response time

Required Certifications & Licenses

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• Current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• License/Certificate verification within 30 days prior to start
• Driver's License/State ID (must be valid and match address requirements)

Required Exams & Competencies

• Pharmacology Exam (minimum 80% score, updated every 3 years)
• Specialty Exam in Interventional Radiology (minimum 80% score, updated every 3 years)
• Color Vision Test (updated every 3 years)
• Core Competencies (HIPAA, Joint Commission, OSHA topics; minimum 80% score, updated yearly)
• EKG Exam (minimum 80% score, updated as required)
• Skills Checklist (clinical, completed within one year of start, updated annually)

Health & Immunization Requirements

• MMR: Proof of two vaccines or positive IGG titer (no declinations accepted)
• Fit Test: Required annually (preferred prior to start)
• Hepatitis B: Vaccination series completion or signed declination
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (mask required if declined)
• TB Screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within one year, and annual TB questionnaire
• Varicella: Proof of immunity or two doses of vaccine (no declinations accepted)
• Tdap: Valid within 10 years (no declinations accepted)
• 12 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually

Additional Requirements

• Nursys license verification and disciplinary action questionnaire if applicable
• Criminal Background Check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others (completed within 30 days prior to start, updated annually)
• Employment Verification for the past 7 years (updated annually)
• Education Verification (within 90 days prior to start)
• Confirmation of Assignment documentation
• Badge Photo (white or blue background, no alterations)
• Health Statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
