ICU/Critical Care RN - New Jersey (Mullica Hill)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• PCU experience preferred
• Prior travel experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Weekend shifts every other weekend
• 1 holiday per contract if needed
• Return to work (RTO) no more than 3 days

Licensure & Certifications

• New Jersey RN license or compact license required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through the nursing process
• Meet needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary team via communication, coordination, and evaluation
• Comply with all policies, nursing standards, and regulatory bodies
• Float as needed to PCU

Orientation & Onboarding

• Completion of full orientation mandatory; failure results in immediate termination
• Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules to be completed by Monday start
• In-person classes typically Tuesday through Thursday (location provided via HealthStream)
• POCT class attendance required (not during orientation week)
• Unit-based orientation schedule provided by manager
• Badge ID appointment required during orientation (photo submissions not accepted)

• Compliance with background checks, drug screening, immunizations (COVID-19, Influenza, Hep B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella), and other standard employment verifications and screenings
